Customer Satisfaction on Quality of ISO Standard 9126 Services in Electronic Banking in Libya

چکیده

Despite the availability of some electronic banking (e-banking) services in Libya, these are still facing difficulties many ways, they have advantages and disadvantages, so far, not been understood by customers to get their satisfaction. This research aims know extent customer satisfaction (CS) with e-banking Libya through ISO 9126 standards. The population consisted all (Al-Wahda) (Commerce & Development (C&D)) bank Benghazi city, a random sample 180 207 clients were selected respectively. Research hypotheses tested, we noticed relationship between existence strong significant correlation quality according standards software CS among banks under study. value this comes from new scientific results study impact on Libyan banks, its originality lies because lack applied general city particular.
